How do I receive my images or videos?

Your MLS compliant media will be delivered within 24 hours via e-mail with a Google Drive link to download.

How do you capture aerial photos and videos?

Martin Production Group uses professional grade equipment to capture aerial photos and is FAA certified to fly a drone, under Title 14, Part 107 of the Code of Federal Regulations. There are limitations to do flying a drone, which can be discussed with you prior to booking (such as maximum altitude, weather, proximity to airports, etc).

What photo editing does MPG offer?

Martin Production Group utilizes professional photo editing software on all images produced for your property. While photo editing is offered for each photoshoot, it is unethical to “Photoshop” permanent or structural defects to a property, such as a crack in a foundation or power lines that are permanently installed.

How long will the photoshoot take?

Depending on the size of the home and Photo Packages ordered, plan for at least 1 hour for a photo session, with a possibly of up to 3 hours. For the quickest turnaround, a distraction free environment (free from the homeowner and/or pets) is best.
